Do you ship to other countries?
We are willing to ship to the following countries in the future:
Cameroon, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Senegal, South Africa, China, Hong Kong, India, Philippines, Singapore, Srilanka, Thailand, Belarus, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Latvia, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Ukraine, Belgium, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Andorra, Austria, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Malta, and Netherlands.

If your country is not listed in our shipping destination, this means that our shipping office doesn’t ship to your country, or we have encountered a bad experience delivering to your country may be because of inefficient local post office.
You can always ask us to deliver your order under your own responsibility, or If you have a friend or a relative who can pick up your order from our store and deliver it to you personally.
Which countries have inefficient shipping office?
Some country’s post offices like Turkey have never delivered the orders. You have to constantly follow them up on the phone. You may or may not find your order unfortunately. If you want to deliver to these countries it is under your full responsibility.
Some countries like France rarely looses orders but if you show them the invoice they may pay you the cost of your loss.
Why you don’t ship with other shipping companies?
We have handmade products made by AICP community like pendants, kohl, red water (mahlool), incenses etc… unfortunately they are not allowed to be shipped by known shipping companies like DHL, UPS, TNT etc…
How much time does my order take to be delivered?
It usually takes between 10 days to two weeks to arrive to the destination.
Delays might happen in some circumstances like closures for Covid-19 for example.
I can’t find an item in your store. What should I do?
Please contact us on WhatsApp or email us, we will do our best to provide your needs.
Do I pay anything when I receive my order?
You usually don’t pay anything when you receive your order. However, there are some exceptions in some countries. They may make you pay taxes or duty fees if the weight or the price of your order is high.
You have to search your country’s shipping laws.
